BUFFALO — A 37-year-old Buffalo man stands charged with making graffiti and criminal mischief following an incident on Grant Street.
According to BPD, Eliezer Figueroa-Torres Buffalo was charged after police saw him spray painting on the street around 9:30 p.m. Thursday.
