WEST SENECA — A 32-year-old Lackawanna woman was charged early this morning with driving while intoxicated and using a vehicle without an interlock device, as well as other traffic infractions.

According to New York State Police, Sherri Cieciwa was stopped for speeding and passing a red light on Seneca Street when she was found to be intoxicated. She gave a blood alcohol content breath sample of .14 percent.

Cieciwa was released on tickets returnable to the West Seneca Town Court.
