TOWN OF NIAGARA — A 24-year-old Niagara Falls man was charged Sunday with driving while intoxicated following a traffic stop on Lockport Road.

According to New York State Police, Justin Healey was stopped for speeding and found to be intoxicated. He was taken into custody and taken to SP Niagara, where he sas found to have a .14 percent blood alcohol content.

Healy was issued appearance tickets returnable in the Town of Niagara Court.
