AMHERST — A 28-year-old Niagara Falls woman was charged with DWI following a traffic stop on the I-290.
According to New York State Police, Kristina R. Zaleski was stopped for speeding and determined to be intoxicated. She was processed at SP Clarence, where she was found to have a .21 percent blood alcohol content.
Zaleski was released with tickets to appear in the Town of Amherst Court at a later date.
