BUFFALO — A 46-year-old Buffalo man was charged with numerous crimes following what BPD is calling a “shotgun incident” on Swan Street Monday night.

Police say the incident occurred at 8:40 p.m. in the 200 block of Swan Street when “some type of dispute began between two males with one hitting the other with a pipe and then he began firing at him with a shotgun as he was fleeing.”

Arrested was Roberto Leon on Swan Street, charged with reckless endangerment, criminal possession of a weapon, assault and menacing.
