FRIENDSHIP — A 23-year-old Friendship man was charged with criminal mischief, criminal contempt and criminal obstruction of breathing following a domestic incident on May 22.
According to New York State Police, Justin C. Holbrook is also accused having violated a valid order of protection. Holbrook was arraigned before the Town of Friendship Court and was remanded to the Allegany County Jail in lieu of $10,000 cash bail/$20,000 bond.
He was scheduled to return before the Town of Friendship Court.
