HUME — A 41-year-old Fillmore man was charged Saturday with driving while intoxicated after he was found operating an ATV on a public roadway.
According to New York State Police, Donald R. Dreilling was stopped on County Road 4 and found to be intoxicated. He was taken to SP Fillmore and found to have a .12 percent blood alcohol content.
Police say that Dreilling had prior DWI convictions, making his current charge a felony. He was issued tickets and is scheduled to return before the Town of Hume Court on Thursday.
