BUFFALO — A 35-year-old Irving man was charged with driving while intoxicated following a traffic stop earlier today.
According to New York State Police, James A. Waterman was seen failing to maintain his lane on Chicago Street and pulled over. He was determined to be intoxicated and found to have a .14 percent blood alcohol content.
Waterman was released with appearance tickets to appear in the City of Buffalo court on a later date.
