BUFFALO — A 21-year-old Buffalonian has pleaded guilty to a series of charges relating to four incidents dating back to September.

Accorinding to Acting Erie County District Attorney Michael J. Flaherty, Jr., Brandon Frontuto pleaded guilty to the charges of second-degree attempted murder, second-degree criminal possession of a weapon, and two counts of attempted burglary.

Court records state that Frontuto burglarized a Cheektowaga home on Sept, 7, committed a robbery and shooting at a Buffalo auto repair shop on Nov. 13, injuring one victim, burglarized the Pierce Arrow building on Nov. 14, and was found with an illegal shortened shotgun following a Feb. 18 traffic stop.

Frontuto, who has been in custody since the Feb. 18 incident, faces a minimum of 18 years in prison when he is sentenced on June 27.
