ALBION — Fourty-six year old Richard D. Walls of Rincon, Ga. was arrested Wednesday by New York State Police following extradition from the state of Georgia.
According to police records, Walls was charged with fourth-degree grand larceny and petit larceny following an investigation which states he took items from an Orleans County resident. New York State Police investigators extradited Walls from Effingham County, Ga. pursuant to an arrest warrant, which was issued by the Orleans County Court.
Walls is currently being held at the Orleans County Jail, pending further proceedings.
