JAMESTOWN — A 60-year-old Jamestown man was charged Tuesday with second-degree falsifying business records following an investigation.
According to New York State Police, Timothy Warrior had failed to indicate to police that his son, who had been charged with theft, was 16 years old. The teen had claimed to be 15 and Warrior withheld the correct information from police, which resulted in inaccurate paperwork to be filed with the wrong court.
Warrior was processed at SP Jamestown and issued an appearance ticket returnable to the Town of Ellicott Court.
