HAMBURG — From noon to 8 p.m. today, the public is invited to Hamburg Brewing Company to experience the Third Annual “Farm to Pint” event, presented by both HBC and the Buffalo Niagara Brewers Association.
This “celebration of beer created exclusively from locally sourced ingredients” features local growers such as Niagara Malt, NY Craft Malt, East Prairie Hops and Domoy Farms.
Available to nosh on will be skewers featuring locally raised meats, as well as vegetarian options, and an “a la cart pig roast.” Craft beer samples can be purchased with tickets, available at the event, featuring brews from Ellicottville Brewing Company, Flying Bison, Old First Ward, Hamburg Brewing (of course!), and others.
Please note that the usual services offered by HBC will be suspended for the event, so if you need growlers filled, you’ll need to hold off ’til Monday.
