ELLICOTTVILLE — The village’s first “Largest Disco Party” will be held from 8 p.m. – 2 a.m. May 21 at Villaggio, 7 Monroe St.
The local bar and eatery promises to “make this a night to remember for years to come.”
“So break out those bell bottoms, platform shoes and bright colored tops for an evening of dancing to the great sounds of disco, funk and soul like the old days all night long,” the event’s Facebook page commands. “Start practicing those boogie moves now!
The downstairs will be transformed into one gigantic dance floor, while the upstairs will serve as the lounge and food area.
Tickets are $25, which include two drink tickets along with a raffle ticket “for some amazing prizes.” There will also be a costume competition: “So dress to impress the crowd.”
