BUFFALO — Public Enemy is one of a dozen acts slated to “bring the noise” to Canalside for the 2016 free Thursday concert series. The rap group will perform outdoors June 23. 

Other highlights to the concert series include Dweezil Zappa — performing Frank Zappa — a Buffalo Philharmonic Orchestra tribute to David Bowie, Lowest of the Low, and Coolio.
The series kicks off June 9 with Charles Bradley & His Extraordinaires and wraps up on Aug. 25 with Les Claypool and Sean Lennon’s group, Claypool Lennon Deliurium.
