DUNKIRK — A 39-year-old Dunkirk man was charged with aggressive driving while intoxicated Sunday after being stopped for littering on Bennett Road.
According to New York State Police, Dalaute Buchanan was seen littering and pulled over. Troopers then determined him to be intoxicated and arrested him. He was taken to the Fredonia Troopers’ barracks where he was determined to have a .24 percent blood alcohol content.
Buchanan was then processed and issued tickets returnable to the Town of Dunkirk Court later in the month.
