CLARKSVILLE — A 29-year-old Olean man was charged with driving while intoxicated following an April 25 rollover motor vehicle crash on County Road 6.
According to New York State Police, Michael S. Fuller Jr., was determined to be intoxicated following the crash and later found to have a .13 percent blood alcohol content while being processed at the Amity Trooper’s barracks.
Fuller was also charged with failure to keep right and ordered to appear in Town of Clarksville Court on May 25.
