CHERRY CREEK — Human remains found on Wednesday along State Route 83 are believed to be approximately 100 years old, according to New York State Police.
Patrol responded to a call on Wednesday regarding the remains’ unearthing. The owner of the property was completing ground work on the property and located the human remains.
They were dated by an anthropologist to be approximately 100 yrs. old with no signs of trauma.
This case is still under investigation.
