AMITY — A 23-year-old Buffalo man was charged Wednesday with possession of marijuana following a traffic stop on State Route 417.
According to the New York State Police report, Demetrius D. Drayton was found to have marijuana in his possession. An 18-year-old female, whom police did not name, was also charged with fifth-degree possession of a controlled substance at the same time.
Drayton is due in Village of Allegany Court on April 25.
