BUFFALO — “Run. Drink. Repeat. Party.”

That’s the instructions on how to perform the National Beer Mile — a one-mile fun run for runners, social drinkers and party-goers alike — set for July 16 in Buffalo’s Outer Harbor.

“Drink a beer, run/walk/jog (or dance, skip, party-boy – whatever you want) your way quarter mile down the course, repeat three more times, then party,” according to event organizers.

Ticket prices start at just $30 per person in groups of five or $35 for individual tickets when ordered early. General admission includes entry to the race, four beers during the race, and an open beer party following the race complete with live music, food vendors, bar games and more. VIP tickets are also available with express check-in and a National Beer Mile “swag bag.”

Of course, the National Beer Mile is a 21+ event and all participants must pick up their packets with a valid photo ID.

The event is expected to sell out in advance. Tickets can be purchased and more information is available at http://bit.ly/nbm-buffalo.
