SHERIDAN — A 58-year-old Dunkirk man was charged Wednesday with petit larceny, accused of stealing items from the Town of Sheridan Highway Department.
According to New York State Police, David Roach was seen on video taking the items and placing them in his personal vehicle.
Roach was processed at SP Fredonia and issued an appearance ticket returnable to the Town of Sheridan Court.
