RANDOLPH — A 22-year-old Randolph man was arrested Friday at his residence by New York State Police on a felony warrant out of City of Jamestown Court.
According to New York State Police, Joseph Novak was seen by a trooper exiting his residence through a window and arrested after a foot chase, leading to an additional charge of resisting arrest.
He was transported to SP Jamestown where he was processed. and then transported to the City of Jamestown Police Department to be held, pending arraignment.
