ALDEN — A 20-year-old Alden woman was charged Sunday with driving while intoxicated following a Main Street traffic stop.
According to New York State Police, Kristen M. Tur was stopped for speeding and determined to be intoxicated. She was found to have a .13 percent blood alcohol content.
Tur was processed and released with an appearance ticket to return to Alden Court at a later date.
