CHEEKTOWAGA — A 39-year-old Buffalo man was charged Saturday with driving while intoxicated following a traffic stop on Genesee Street.
According to New York State Police, James D. Deuel was seen making “an unsafe turn” onto Genesee Street, stopped and determined to be intoxicated. He was processed at SP Clarence, where he was found to have a .17 percent blood alcohol content.
Deuel was issued an appearance ticket to appear in the Town of Cheektowaga Court at a later date.
