CLARENCE — Three Western New Yorkers were charged with driving while intoxicated on Transit Road between Thursday night and this morning.
According to New York State Police, Clarence Troopers stopped Christopher Blaszczyk, 27 of Lancaster on Transit Road Thusday night for vehicle and traffic violations. “An investigation revealed Blaszczyk was intoxicated and he was subsequently arrested for DWI. Blaszczyk’s breath sample indicated a .17 percent blood alcohol content, he was released on tickets returnable to the Town of Clarence Court.”
Police also said that Clarence Troopers stopped Allison Sharp, 24 of Buffalo on Transit Road this morning for vehicle and traffic violations. “Sharp was found to be intoxicated and was arrested for DWI. Sharp’s breath sample indicated a .10 percent blood alcohol content, she was released on tickets returnable to the Town of Clarence Court.”
Finally, police say, Clarence Troopers stopped Angelica Humphrey-Bailey, 27 of Buffalo on Transit Road this morning — also for vehicle and traffic violations. “An investigation revealed Humphrey-Bailey was intoxicated and she was subsequently arrested for DWI. Humphrey-Bailey’s breath sample indicated a .18 percent blood alcohol content, she was found to have a warrant out of Lackawanna and was released to the custody of the Lackawanna Police Department.”
