BUFFALO — The Buffalo Sabres today announced the team has recalled forward Daniel Catenacci from the Rochester Americans (AHL).

Catenacci (5’9”, 191 lbs., 3/9/1993), who joins the Sabres for his third recall of the season, has appeared in 10 games for the team this season. Since becoming Buffalo’s third-round pick (77th overall) in the 2011 NHL Draft, the native of Richmond Hill, Ontario has totaled 72 points (35+37) and 127 penalty minutes in 188 career AHL games, including 20 points (9+11) in 42 games with Rochester this season.
