FREWSBURG — An 18-year-old Frewsburg man was charged with marijuana possession Wednesday following a traffic stop on Ivory Street.
According to New York State Police, Thomas Lombaro was stopped for a traffic violation when the attending trooper smelled marijuana coming from the vehicle.
Lombaro surrendered a bag containing marijuana and a pipe upon questioning, and was subsequently charged and issued an appearance ticket returnable to the Town of Carroll Court before being released.
