FREDONIA — A Fredonia-Stockton Road traffic stop led to DWI charges for one man on Wednesday.

According to New York State Police, Layne B. Fox, no age or address given, was pulled over for speeding, and after failing several field sobriety tests, was placed under arrest.

Fox was transported to the State Police barracks in Jamestown where he provided a breath sample of .17.  He was then processed, issued tickets returnable to the Town of Pomfret Court, and released to a sober individual.
