NIAGARA FALLS — A 28-year-old Niagara Falls man was charged this morning with driving while intoxicated impaired by drugs and operating a vehicle with tinted windows.
According to New York State Police, Michael A. Brewer was stopped at 12:01 a.m. on Niagara Falls Boulevard the window tint and covered license plates.
While interviewing Brewer, he was determined to be impaired. He was given additional tests by a drug recognition expert before being taken to SP Niagara for processing.
Brewer was issued traffic tickets returnable to the City of Niagara Falls Court for later this month.
