BEMUS POINT — A 35-year-old Bemus Point man was charged Wednesday with third-degree assault following an incident at The House that Jack Built.

According to New York State Police, Christopher Cordosi “became aggressive toward an uninvolved patron before assaulting the victim, resulting in an injury to the victim’s knee.”

The victim was treated at WCA Hospital in Jamestown, while Cordosi was processed at the State Police barracks in Jamestown, arraigned in the Town of Ellery Court, and remanded to the Chautauqua County Jail.  He is scheduled to reappear in the Town of Ellery Court on a later date to answer the charge.
