On March 10, 2021, Troopers out of SP Warsaw arrested Felix Garcia-Deluna., 43, of Java, NY, for Criminal Contempt 2nd.
Troopers investigating an unrelated incident observed Felix Garcia-Deluna in violation of a stay away order of protection. He was arrested and transported to SP Warsaw. Garcia-Deluna was arraigned at Wyoming County Court and remanded to Wyoming County Jail on $750 cash, $3,500 bond.
Garcia-Deluna is to reappear at Wyoming County Court on a later date.
