UNIVERSITY AT BUFFALO ATHLETICS

BUFFALO – Former University at Buffalo men’s basketball standout Jeremy Harris has signed a contract to play professional basketball overseas. Harris will suit up for Atomerőmű SE, a top division team in Hungary for the 2019-20 season.

Harris was a second-team All-Mid-American selection for the second straight year and was also named the MAC Tournament Most Valuable Player this past season. The North Carolina native averaged 14.0 points per game and 6.2 rebounds per contest.  In just two seasons with the Bulls, Harris eclipsed the 1,000 point mark in a Buffalo uniform, doing so in the MAC Tournament against Central Michigan.

Harris scored 31 points in the 2019 MAC Championship game against Bowling Green and followed that up with 21 points and 10 rebounds in the first round of the NCAA Tournament as the Bulls defeated Arizona State, 91-74.
