BUFFALO, N.Y. — Buffalo State women’s lacrosse will host an Elite ID Girls’ Lacrosse Clinic on Sunday, Nov. 4 from 10 a.m. – 1 p.m. for players ages 13-18. This is a great opportunity for you to see how our team operates and also to get college level coaching and skill evaluation from the Buffalo State coaching staff and players. We pride ourselves on our highly competitive culture, family atmosphere and Buffalo grit!
Date: Sunday, Nov. 4, 2018 – 10 a.m. – 1 pm.
Cost: $40
Ages: 13-18
Location: Buffalo State – Coyer Field (turf field located off Grant St.)
Clinic Itinerary:
0-30 Minutes – speed/agilities/dodging
30-60 Minutes – stick work
60-90 Minutes – offensive breakdown
90-120 Minutes – defensive break down
120-150 Minutes – round robin tournament style play
150-180 Minutes – showcase/prize giveaways
