KENNEDY — A 25-year-old Falconer man was charged Friday with false personation and reckless driving by New York State Police.

Troopers say they responded to a report of an individual driving a truck around Pine Bluff Trailer Park doing burn outs and witnesses identified Blaydon Niles as the driver. However, when identifying himself to the Troopers, Niles initially gave a false name. After correctly identifying Niles he was placed under arrest and transported to SP Jamestown where he was processed.

He was then arraigned in the Town of Poland Court where he posted bail and was released, to re-appear on a later date.
