PORTVILLE — A 50-year-old Olean man was charged March 5 with aggravated driving while intoxicated.

According to New York State Police, Michael P. Connelly was stopped on State Route 417 and determined to be intoxicated. He was found to have a blood-alchol content of .19 percent.

Connelly was transported to the Olean station, processed and released to a third party. He was schedule to return to Town of Portville Court on Tuesday.
