On June 25, 2023, Troopers out of SP Elma arrested Parker G. Jamieson, 28 of Marilla, NY for driving while intoxicated, moved from lane unsafely and fail to keep right.
On June 25, 2023, Troopers were dispatched to a one car property damage accident on Two Rod Rd. in the town of Wales. Jamieson was placed under arrest after failing SFST’s and transported to SP Elma for processing. Jamieson refused to submit to a chemical test.
Jamieson was issued traffic tickets returnable to the town of Wales court for July 27,2023
