On March 26th, 2022, Troopers out of SP Jamestown arrested Jacob McMaster, 28, of Bemus Point, for Aggravated Driving While Intoxicated.
The Troopers responded to Bridgeview Gas Station in Bemus Point for a report of a motor vehicle accident. Investigation revealed that while pulling into the gas station, McMaster struck a parked vehicle resulting in damage but no injuries. McMaster was placed under arrest after failing several SFSTs and transported to the Ellicott Police station where he provided a breath sample of .39. McMaster was then transported to SP Jamestown, processed and issued tickets directing him to appear in the town of Ellery Court next month. As a precaution due to his intoxication level, McMaster was evaluated by Fluvanna EMS.
