On February 5th, 2022, Troopers out of SP Jamestown arrested Crystal Borst, 31, of Bemus Point, for Driving While Intoxicated.
Borst was pulled over on Route 430 in Bemus Point for a traffic violation and after failing several SFSTs, Borst was placed under arrest. Borst was transported to SP Jamestown where she provided a breath sample of .09. Borst was then processed, issued tickets and released. Borst is scheduled to appear in the town of Ellery Court next month.
