On January 19, 2022, SP Olean Troopers arrested Andrew S. Nelson, 29, of Allegany, NY for Criminal Possession of a Controlled Substance 7th Degree.
Troopers investigating a suspicious person complaint in the parking lot of Walmart in the town of Allegany observed Nelson in his vehicle with his pants down and in possession of fentanyl.
Nelson was arrested and released with an appearance ticket for Allegany Town Court, where he is due to appear in February.
