On January 19, 2022, SP Olean Troopers arrested Andrew S. Nelson, 29, of Allegany, NY, for Petit Larceny.
Troopers investigating a shoplifting complaint at Walmart in the town of Allegany determined Nelson had stolen merchandise valued at $328.00.
Nelson was arrested and released with an appearance ticket for Allegany Town Court, where he is due to appear in February.
