On January 13th, 2022, Troopers out of SP Jamestown arrested Christopher Jacobs, 38, of Clearwater, Florida, for Aggravated Driving While Intoxicated.
Jacobs was pulled over for a traffic violation on Route 430 in Bemus Point and after failing several SFSTs, Jacobs was placed under arrest. Jacobs was transported to SP Jamestown where he provided a breath sample of .19. Jacobs was then processed, issued tickets and released. Jacobs is scheduled to appear in the town of Ellery Court next month.
