
CLARENCE — A 37-year-old Texas man was charged Friday with driving while intoxicated following a traffic stop on Transit Road.
According to New York State Police, Demarcus Johnson of Dallas, Texas, was stopped for a traffic infraction and determined to be intoxicated with a blood alcohol content of .14 percent.
He was released on tickets returnable to the Town of Clarence Court.
