AMITY — A 63-year-old Almond woman was charged Saturday with driving while intoxicated following a traffic stop on I-86.
According to New York State Police, Glenna S. Elsea was stopped for a traffic infraction and found to be intoxicated.
Elsea was transported to SP Amity for processing where she was found to have a .10 percent blood alcohol content. She was arraigned on the DWI charge, as well as a charge of aggravated unlicensed operation of a motor vehicle, in the Town of Friendship Court and released with a return date of Wednesday before the Town of Amity Court.
