BELFAST — A 32-year-old Belfast man was charged Tuesday with second-degree harassment and fourth-degree criminal mischief following domestic dispute.
According to New York State Police, Duke L. Kemp was arrested and taken to the Amity Troopers’ barracks for processing and arraigned before the Town of Belfast Court.
Kemp was released and is scheduled to reappear before the Town of Belfast Court at a later date.
