BUFFALO — The Porter Avenue entrance ramp to the I-190 north will be closed for six to eight weeks beginning Tuesday.
A detour will be created from Niagara Street to Ontario Street while the on-ramp is closed.
Drivers’ access to the U.S. Plaza of the Peace bridge will be unfettered.
