CLARENCE — A 35-year-old Buffalo woman was charged with shoplifting Saturday, accused of taking items from JC Penney without paying for them.
According to New York State Police, Troopers found Eloise Thomas and charged her with petit larceny, having been told that she left the store without paying for her mechandise.
The merchandise was returned to JC Penney and Thomas was released with a return date in the Town of Clarence Court.
