YORKSHIRE — A 47-year-old Ellicottville woman was charged Monday night with aggravated DWI after a traffic stop on State Route 16.
According to New York State Police, Anne M. Wilson was stopped around 10:33 p.m. for driving without headlights. She was determined to be intoxicated and taken to SP Machias, where she was found to have a .18 percent blood alcohol content.
Wilson is scheduled to appear in the Town of Yorkshire court in July.
