CLARENCE — A 23-year-old Alden man was charged Tuesday with aggravated driving while intoxicated following a crash investigation.

According to New York State Police, Curtiss L. Cummings crashed into three parked cars. While being interviewed by Troopers, he was determined to be intoxicated and found to be in possession of marijuana, for which he was also charged.

Cummings was arrested and processed, providing a breath sample of .27 percent blood alcohol. He was released with a return court date in the Town of Newstead.
