ST. BONAVENTURE — A 20-year-old Endwell man was charged Saturday morning with driving while intoxicated on the St. Bonaventure campus.
According to New York State Police, Matthew M Eastman was found sleeping in a running vehicle near the tennis courts of the campus.
After Troopers woke Eastman, he was determined to be intoxicated and subsequently found to have a .12 percent blood alcohol content.
Eastman was issued traffic tickets returnable to the Town of Allegany Court in September.
