BUFFALO — The Buffalo Police Department Cold Case Squad is asking for the public’s help with the investigation of the homicide of Matthew Sullivan which occurred on Sept. 6, 1998 in the vicinity of Richmond and West Utica Streets.
BPD says it knows that there are individuals who have knowledge about this case and “on behalf of the victim and the victim’s family, we are asking for those people to come forward.”
Crimestoppers and the Buffalo Police Department will pay up to $2,500 for information leading to the arrest or indictment of the individual(s) responsible for this homicide. Anyone with information is asked to call the Buffalo Police Cold Case Squad at 716-851-4511.
