BUFFALO — Buffalo Police say there is an individual in custody following a standoff this evening on Potomac Avenue near Richmond Avenue.

Police closed off the area near the home in the 400 block of Potomac Street at approximately 6:10 p.m., asking the public to stay away as they addressed a man who had barricaded himself in the home and threatened suicide.
